I don't watch movies very much these days, neither at the theatres nor on TV, mainly because of the lack of time. I get back home from work pretty late in the evenings. So, I enjoy watching TV series. That has become my favorite way of relaxation and getting rid of the stresses of the day. I do like listening to songs too.

I watch old Hindi songs a lot. I was watching serials earlier. I enjoyed watching Humlog, buniyaad, Yeh jo hai jindagi, udaan etc., but stopped watching tv serials later due to time constraint.

I do not prefer watching TV serials because I get very addicted to it. But I watch hindi movies which comes on Star channels old one. I remember one of my friend she was so addicted to one of the serial, every day in the afternoon she use to go home exactly the same time serial starts and use to watch that serial and comes back to office. Once if she misses the serial like her day is gone, she is use to be terrificly upset. See the addiction level of serials.

hi kal,
three of four years ago, i was always glued to the tv when i get home. those times i could still go home at 6 or 7 pm. but now, due to additional responsibilities in the office, i just dont have time anymore to watch tv.
wish i am relieved of other responsibilities in the office so i that i could relax at least even a few hours.
a have a nice day.

Hi kalyaniji
I too listen to old film songs while doing work in the kitchen. We can watch TV in the hall, from the kitchen too as there is a provision to pass the things from kitchen to the hall/ dining room. Now a days i am not viewing any serials, but before that i enjoyed watching Humlog, saas bhee kabhee bahoo thee, kahani ghar ghar kee, adospados, khandaan, buniyaad and someother serials in other languages too

Hello Ma'am,
Being born in 85 and having grown up through the childhood years in the 90s, I like the recent movies/music. I do catch the odd movie from the old times and some of them are really great. But then, I like the comedy English TV series whenever I get time. I don't like those lengthy daily soaps that are so popular here in India because I don't have the time to follow them daily.

I do not watch television that much. I do watch movies and listen to songs all the time. But I do them from my computer.
If you have a television in your kitchen, then of course it would be very convenient for you to watch TV while cooking and doing other household works.

Although i am a South Indian i was born and brought up in North India so is more inclined to watching Hindi movies and songs. I never miss the Rangoli telecast by the doordarshan on Sunday mornings. I too watch tv serials and my favorites are Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Pratigya.
