please, anyone? How to withdraw money from Paypal to a Bank Account?

I already added my bank account to paypal because i want to withdraw some funds. i followed the procedure, but then the transaction failed because of limit issues and I have to lift the limit by linking my card to Paypal. Do i still need to link my bank account even if it is not a credit card? Is adding it to my paypal not enough? i also read something like paypal will debit $1.95 to verify but as far as i understand, this only applies to credit cards not bank accounts. I also have read something like paypal will deposit money to your bank account and you can use it to verify your bank account with them. I am so confused. Need help, i don't want to make a wrong move. money matters! thanks a lot
