1.drink plenty of clear,filtered water daily.
2.take ascorbic acid or vitamic c everyday.
3.pray always.
4.learn how to meditate.
5.take a bath everyday.
6.exercise lightly.
7.eat a variety of whole food anti oxidants everyday.
8.reduce stress and release negative emotions.
9.watch comedy movies and listen good music.
10.sleep 5-8 hours everyday.

In my point of view, I personally do agree to Statement Below:
1 TO 2, 4 to 9.
Statement No 2, I advise you to eat the natural Vitamin C.
The artificial Vitamin C will cause your skin problem later.

We don't pray for staying younger. But it might be good for staying longer.
