I have searched thru the net and I found so many options to verify and withdraw Paypal account, but until now I'm undecided on which is the best option to choose. I am residing here in the Philippines. I want to hear advise from you which is best option, I want smallest charge when I withdraw my earnings and the most accessible and convenient to use. Please help me. I would appreciate any ideas and suggestions from anyone of you.

Hello mayrah!
I am also living in the philippines and my best way to verify my paypal is the EON card.
On december 29 i am going to apply for an account at unionbank.
You can see the branches of unionbank at their site.
Look for the nearest branch near your house.
Eon is the number one and best choice for verifying paypal and for withdrawing money.
I also searched a lot about it and found it really awesome.
There are also possible ways to verify your paypal.
Second choice would be the Smart Money Card.
Easy to apply you just need a sim card but i do not recommend it because everytime you withdraw they will deduct a P200.[Imagin O_O!]
Third would be the VCC or Virtual Credit Card i dont know much about it but i recommend not using this.
I wish that my post helped you.
Happy Mylotting :)

If you want to verify,Bank account verification is the best.If your account is unverified also, you can withdraw $500 per month from your paypal account. But my sincere advice will be don't try with VCC (Virtual Credit Card) verification.Either you try bank account or go for your own credit card verification.

I verify my paypal from eon card under union bank of philippines. It only charge depending on the government taxes imposes and even do the exchange rate is lower than in the black market...but withdrawing earnings from paypal is fast and I like the procedure they are doing...
Did you use eon card also, friend?

Since you are living here in the Philippines, I suggest you to get a Unionbank EON Card and use that to verify your paypal. Just go to a Unionbank branch near you and bring the following: 2 valid I.D.'s (list of valid I.D.'s will be found at their website), and Php350.00 for the payment. Then fill up the application form and wait for your card to arrive. As for paypal verification, just follow the instructions there. Good luck!

It depends on the countries which paypal services andif your country is one of the those countries than you are luck. All you have to do is check the banks in your area that accepts businesses which paypal and open a credit card account with them. Then use the credit card to verify your paypal account. unfortunately, for those of us whose countries that are not serviced by paypal have very hard times to verify our paypal accounts and we do not know when it will happen.

Hi mayrah! I'm not sure what the options now are, but way back then we just have I believe two options. One is through bank account and the other one is by adding a credit card. I did both actually. But I believe it is best to add a bank account, I will recommend EON from unionbank since it is the easiest way to transfer money from Paypal. I had trouble with adding my savings bank account since it is a long process and the charge is the same as the EON.

I provided my credit card and my bank account information and then my Paypal account is verified. I am not afraid to provide this information. Paypal is one of the most popuar payment methods, and therefore I think it is security. I often buy products via the net and pay by my credit card directly, and I am not worried to do so. So providing the credit card and bank account information is not difficult for me. After all, Paypal just know the account name and bank information. It doesn't know your password. So it is not necessary to be worried about the security.
I love China

Hey do you have debit card already for you to use in your paypal so that you can then withdraw your money? If not you can go to UNION bank and ask for EON debit Card, This card can be use in Paypal.I've been using it for so long until now..follow instructions in paypal and you will be alright.

My advicee mayrah, Payonner MasterCard, from the shource, the real MasterCard, not the fake one on the internet, which might get banned suddenly.
I made my Payoneer MasterCard, & they shipped it to me in 25 days, exactly like they said, & my name on it :P haha.
With this card you can verify all your electronic bank accounts like PayPal, AlertPay....
but there is something you need to know about it, there is what they call a monthly maintenance fee of $2.00 a month, & to activate you card you need to load it with an amount of money & yuppy start using it :-)

I added my local bank account number to my paypal account. Then paypal deposited two small amounts in my local bank. I verified my paypal account by confirming the exact amount deposited in my local bank through paypal. It's actually very easy so try it .

First thing you need to do is add a credit card. After you do that, a small amount will be withdrawn and you need to get the exact number (i.e. $5.35) and put it in paypal's website. Then you'll be verified within a couple of days. Also, if you want to get the money you've earned from your account, you can get paypal to send you paychecks and then you can go to any big bank in Philippines and i'm sure they'll cash it for you.
I live in Brazil, and to get my money they charge me a couple of dollars, not that much. Its worth it after all

u can connect ur debit card or ur credit card. to ur paypal and from there u can transfer ur money from ur paypal to ur local bank account. i dont think ur ONLY able to connect ur credit card to ur paypal like all the other people r telling u.. ur able to connect ur debit card or ur credit card. but first u have to enter in ur credit card or ur debit card numbers into ur paypal verifying/transferring section and then u have to go to ur local bank and speak to them about it and ask them if u will be able to transfer it from ur paypal to ur personal local bank account, and im sure they will do that for u without any risks.
