hi friends.
a very simple discussion indeed.
many people went over the head with this ashes series but after 2 tests,it doesn't create as much drama as the first 2 test matches between india and kiwis.
first one was a dead pitch.must be an indian born curator.
the second one was ok but became too one sided.
now we got india-south africa series.
will both these series create the kinda drama and excitement they were hyped to create?

Ashes creates a special kind of excitement.
Everyone likes to wath Ashes.
But as an Indian I feel more spirit and excitement to watch India series.
Also the Australian team is poor ine ,their stars are gone.........

yes i agree it was not what one would expect from an ashes series but there are a lot of reasons for it. australia is no longer a very good test team. this is evident from the fact that they are not able to win mataches from winning situations. this is a far cry from the previous australian teams that would pull of wins even from a seemingly losing position. I think it would have been a bit more interesting had australia won the first match and the series would have been tied at 1-1 at the moment.

Ashes is now ruling by English till yet. There were no drama yet. Hope to get in the upcoming matches. Yes, the drama we got in the first two tests in Ind-NZ series and Ind-Aus series were awesome. These dramas can excite us and live the test matches. The Ind-SA will surely give drama because both ar top two teams and will never give up so easily plus there will be bowling wicket so drama is awaiting. These dramas are really good for the players and the specatators

Well India SA series is going to be much more interesting than Ashes. Its because both teams are strong and well matched. In case of Ashes ,Aussies are struggling clearly and they lack the killer instinct now which helped them to dominate the world cricket.Ashes is still a big thing for Aussie and English fans , but as far as world cricket is concerned its nothing special now.If Aussies come back strongly at Perth series will be interesting for sure, but that seems unlikely for now.

Ashes is very much fine as nobody thought that English team will have an upper hand. Both tests were very much fine, next one i think will be more competitive. As for India v South Africa, that series will be more one sided than Ashes believe me guys. India has struggled in SA and pattern will continue i think. Real test of India to prove themselves as Rank 1.
