Drink moderately

But how often you drink for a week?
I had a acquaintances who drink almost everyday.
Night outs and smoking.
I've read many books that it is very harmful for their health.
Especially the beer that's why lot of people have a Diabetes because of regular drinking. Their blood sugar will rise.
What is your idea?

I dont drink weekly - just when its a abig get together. but even then its only a alittle

Alright drinking occasionally is quite a good idea. We still have our choice to choose what we want and do whatever it is. Drinking is so fun especially if we're with our friends. Its a other way to express our feelings and so fun to do.
In my high school life we often drink almost everyday. But in my college life I stopped it. I just realize the importance of being healthy. Fortunately, I am now attending trainings about good nutrition and I believe that whatever we eat there is a result.

Well, for me, I drink now and then. Smoking wise I used to somke heavily until I stop. Now I just smoke for fun and normally for entertainment. I have cut down on going night clubs as I just dun have the time anymore. Other than that, I am quite health consicious I would say :)

When i was in high school i tried to have a smoke and what happen to me is that i almost dying. What i feel is so much headache. After that i never do that again. We use to drink almost everyday with my friends before graduation. In my college life i just found a good friend who is with me all the time. Our routine is school- church- house and sometimes we go out for fun and we went to mall.
Now that we are now in Herbalife i can say we are also heath conscious. We eat more fruits and vegetables than meat. Drink more water as recommended. Our family don't take any medicine and maintenance because we know that it is all about the food we eat. We go to the food with nutrition.
