Yup, the only people who can get rich overnight are the people who tell you it's possible. If even just ten people fall for "GET RICH OVERNIGHT! STARTUP FEE ONLY $50!", the scammer just got himself $500.

Why so many Scams?
Because those scammers get away with it and they make millions of dollars by scamming others and not being said lazy people that believe this rubbish.. seriously if people did a little bit of a research before signing up for their companies they will do themselves a favor.

Usually, if the offers are too good to be true, they usually are. Most of the time, there will be a catch. I just wish that most of these scammers, if not all, would be caught and punished accordingly someday.

It is like the first user said, and that is that they can and they do get away with it. They really don't have a conscience, as if they did, they would think twice before they would ever scam anyone. The thing of it is though, that once they start scamming, they just keep going to see how many they can scam before their site ends up shutting down becuase of their unlawful business practices. I just wish that those who keep scamming would be caught and banned from ever owning another business on the internet. I think if that would happen, it just might deter more of them from even thinking about scamming others, at least you would hope so anyway. I don't like the scammers either. I have been scammed by a few sites, but it didn't deter me to keep on trying to make money from legit sites. At least the ones I have been scammed by, I didn't invest anything, and that is a very good thing. I will not invest in any site unless I know that it is legit and won't scam people. However, there are some that start out good, but over time they end up being a scam. I am just a little more cautious now and I think we all need to be that way. Good luck to you and hapy mylotting.

He he the general public could probably brand these people as sociopaths or antisocials. They probably started as crooks when they were younger, perfecting their crafts along the way. Scary, but these people exist. Sigh.

Indeed, there are many scams nowadays. I think it is not the "why" that we should concern ourselves with, but the "how to avoid it". The why is answerable by the fact that some people are just crooks and opportunists. There are discussions and forums that would guide newbies and pros alike related to these scam sites. Since we know that scam sites exist, it is better that we should be careful.
