What rituals or activities do you undertake to gain or maintain a sense of inner peace in your daily lives? How effective is the approach?

I like to meditate, do yoga and other forms of exercise, go on walks, write. These things help me find peace. These are very effective approaches.

I meditate silently for 2.5 hours a day each day. It is very effective. All things become very easy then. We do things faster, we act quicker, we do things precisely at the appropriate moment. We do things better, clearer & are more happy, stable & peaceful. We have more love & love others more unconditionally. All hatred, envy, etc just falls away. It also benefits many other beings when we meditate; since our vibrations spread, we brighten the entire country & elevate the subconscious of the whole universe.

I pray. And try to read and meditate on the bible. As aptly said in Isaiah 23:6, "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is set on you, because he trusts in you." I also listen to music.
