Our hairstyle can shape and mold our face and in fact changes 90% of how we look! Changing our hairstyle can make or break our face! It can make us look younger, prettier, older or uglier. So how we style our hair really matters on the way we look.
Now why am I suddenly talking about this?
Well this morning when I look out of our window, I saw a woman Engineer working with the developer of our subdivision sporting a bald hair do! She shaved off her hair and I think she really looks pretty good in that!
I just wonder if I can carry a skin head hair do? Or can you even call it a hair do? Anyway, I admire her for having that courage to shave it all off and the confidence to exude beauty without her hair!

Hi toniganzon! Wow, I could never do that to my hair, the thing is I don't think the shape of my head is nice, lol! Anyways, I admire her for that hair-do, maybe she has her reasons for it, have you dared try to ask her about it?

No i didn't! I think it would offend her if I do that. I just admire her for doing something exceptional and she really does look good in it. In fact when I was in college i was considering shaving my hair too, but i didn't have enough courage to do that.
I think it's just her way of expressing her individuality and she's an engineer who works hard day and night and has to stay under the sun. Maintaining a long mane is difficult for her i guess, that's why she'd rather shaved it all off. Anyway, she's got a great body to match that hair!

Hi Toni,
Yes, some people go great with their hair styles. FYI - I am growing my hair long for the last about 12 months and am happy to find the new look that I have.
About the bald ones, yes I saw one in a pic recently on a magazine and she was looking great. Men without hair is something more common and they rarely get the publicity .
For you, I think some pretty long locks would do wonders. Did you ever try them?
Cheers,
theSids.

Actually I do have a very long hair now but i always tie them up in a bun. This is the longest hair that I've had so far since I like very short hair like men's hair a lot.

Yes I agree not all women would look good in certain hairstyles and or bald. A woman on another site, just posted pictures of her new look. Needless to say she has cancer and is undergoing chemo so all her gorgeous hair is gone.
It was not her choice so I wonder if the same with the woman you saw also?? Or perhaps, her significant other is under going chemo as this woman's husband loves her so that he bald himself also and may I say that they are both in their 60's and he had a full head of hair. But the love he has for her he shaved his as he knew she was having a hard time with her treatment and how she is looking.
So much love in them too.

hi! if you believe that you can rock that skin head, go for it. nobody should stop you from doing what you want. if you want to prepare for the summer heat and you can't stand that "drastic" make-over, why not try having a short bob. just a suggestion.

I have an older cousin who did this too, and she looked gorgeous...but I think it only works for really good shaped head, and you have to be really slim to pull it off because add a little bit of fat and you'll look bad already...I guess those girls whose faces that have really good cheekbones are the only people who could pull off a bald look...
