Baguio City's Failed snow show

I just went to Baguio city with my girlfriend last Saturday to watch the Baguio Snow show but it seems like it was a now show, we waited there for about 2 hours and still no snow. Same thing happened last snow show when about 44,000 tourist and locals gathered in session road to watch the 1st snow show but it became a bubble show when the machine supposed to make snow blow bubbles instead.
