since the begining of this year, my sleep is not very good.sometimes i lie on the bed to wait for sleep, i can lie for hours and hardly to fall asleep.and in the middle, i always have to get up and go to the toilet,so it is always like this, few hours for preparing to fall asleep, and then 2-3hours have to get up...and sometimes in the morning, i wake up at the 5 or 6 o'clock, and then hardly to fall asleep again...how should i do that can improve the sleeping condition?

Good sleep is really quite important for us, to work well in the day time, to enjoy our life.
I guess there might be something bothering you or put some pressure on your mind, just take it easy gradually. Life a regular life, going to bed on time, getting up on time, day after day, you will get your own proper rest schedule.
Good luck and try to be relaxed~

I think you should meditate for a while before going to bed. That would help you relieve all the stress accumulated throughout the day. Once you meditate and lie down, don't think about anything in this world. Just concentrate on your breath. Hope this helps you.

Hi,
First you need to ask yourself whether is there anything
bothering your mind, that is why you can't sleep well at night.
Because normally when we have some problem,we always can't
sleep well at night. We just don't have that mood to sleep.
What I can suggest, try to have a cup of warm milk before goes to
bed or go have a massage/spa, it helps you to relax your body.
And before goes to bed, have a flip on some of your favourite
magazines or newspaper or watch TV for a while, then try to lie down
on the bed and close your eyes.
Hope it works for you...
