Is KlickBuck a Scam?

I'm nearly in payout, just 5 ads and I'll reach $5, and after that I can request payout. I clicked 25 ads everyday diligently refreshing the ad board for new ads, now my worry is that after this hard work, and when the time I request for payment, what if they would just close my account or ignore and not pay me? Have anyone here been paid by KlickBuck?
