Yes, it is so true. Water is the essential and important, we needed, not only for drinking, but for the environment, natural resources, and for all beings. Without it, we cannot survive. We need it for our chores and washing, showering, for our usual needs. We need a clean water system to live a healthy life. We need that our environment is cleaned up by those in charge and control of our tap water, to stop polluting it and safe for all our sanitary uses as well as drinking it. Thank you for opening this discussion. summer1955

I just answered your previous posts and this too has been one of my goals to healthier living. I do not drink soft drinks of any kind any more. I drink almost a gallon of water daily which I find has my skin looking healthier.
I use to feel really sluggish with my unhealthy ways and while including the water I no not feel the run down feeling any longer.

Water is very important for our survival and a minimum of eight liters of water daily keeps your system clean and healthy. It helps in flushing out the toxins from our body and maintain good health. I am not aware of how far it helps in diabetics but as people with high blood sugar frequently urinate they need more water intake than the normal people. A good water intake shows it in our skin as the skin glows.
Happy mylotting.
