Earning income blogging

There are so many site out there that claim you can earn extra cash blogging, well has anyone ever tried it and made money? I am not talking about Goggle's adsense, or selling through an affiliate program I am talking about money earned writing content. I have searched and can't seem to find a legitimate site and those that are out there are on page clicks.
Not looking to become rich just earn a little extra. I would appreciate any comments

some sites which seel useless ebooks say that. but actullay getting money from blogging is true. some people join soem review program and ake a lot of money from blogging. but the meet some rquierment. slike having good alexa rank, having good googla page rank, at least 1. to get good page rank and alexa rank is not easy, need professional effort and skill.
