Gaps in personalities.

Would you rather like a mean looking person to be nice than a nice looking person being mean? I think when you expect someone to be bad but they end up being good, is attracting. But when it's the other way around, it's disappointing. Have you come across people like one or the other?

Yes, when someone who is mean does something nice, it's always a pleasant surprise. But when you have someone who's really nice do something awful, you're always so disappointed in them! And being disappointed in people is an awful feeling.
This is like Glee. I'm not sure if anyone's a glee fan, but whenever Sue (the evil one) does something nice I'm always like "Oh my goodness, that was so sweet!". However, when Mr. Shoe does something like ignore someone or make out with random people, I just can't watch.

I never judge a person by how they look. Appearance are only skin deep, it's what's inside that really counts. However, I can always tell a person by her/his voice. Voices, like personalities, also come from inside, and voices reflect personalities perfectly. I've been able to tell if someone is safe, just by listening to their voice for about 10 seconds.

I would prefer a mean looking person to be nice.A nice looking person being mean isn't quite unexpected as we can never say what is in the heart of a person.Ultimately its best we look at the inner nature of the person. The reason i say this is looks could be deceptive.

They say 'first impressions lasts', so unfortunately, this goes against people looking mean who are actually good.
But when people do manage to look beyond physical appearances, and see the real person inside (provided they have good hearts), then whatever he or she looks doesn't really matter.

That's right. It's always a turn-off to meet a good looking person who turned out to have bad manners. Anyway, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and when one is kind hearted, it also reflects on the outside...
