What is gnocchi?

Gnocchi are best described as tiny potato dumplings. They are delicious, especially with one of your favourite sauces. Try them with gorgonzola and cream sauce

I first had Gnocchi when I was Italy. They were made from potato and were delicious!

I like gnocchi. I make gnocchi from time to time. I use flour and potatos to prepare this delicious type of dumpling. Sometimes I add some spinach or pumpkin. They are quite easy to prepare. Have a nice day, jazgottt.
