If marijuana were legal, would you even care that others smoke it? It is first & foremost; JUST A PLANT. Hopefully, now that it is medicinally legal in some areas, the proper research can be done. There are no 'studied' harmful effects. Sure, it COULD cause cancer, but also 2 substances DO cause cancer, YET many people use them regularly. [Alcohol & tobacco] PLeeeeease have a valid argument. Pot is bad because its illegal because its bad. its a loop, that is NOT an argument. thanks
