why some members are posting bad websites?

I have never experienced it because I was very careful to open a site but may in fact they do not mean bad, just that they are not careful in posting a site.

I really think that people either do not know better or our purposely trying to mess with people, because that's how they get their kicks. It is either one of the two. Trust me, there are a lot of websites out there that might not be obviously bad at first. In fact, there might be something that is added in the site, by an external source, that could make it unfriendly, without the knowledge of the site owner. You would think that there would be some security, but that is just giving them too much credit.
