What's the most embarrassing thing you didn't mean to do?

LOL... I'm going to be honest. After all, I don't need to be ashamed here since none of you knows me personally. I was having my job training at a factory. It was my first day and I was not familiar with the whole area so when I felt peeing, I instantly looked for a womens' restroom but I found no signs and I thought the ladies locker room is separated with the restroom. How silly of me! So when I saw a sign which says "EMPLOYEES REST ROOM", I directly went in only to found out it's a male restroom. How embarrassing. How about you? Care to share?

I once sang my heart out, in a very loud voice, (as if shouting) with many people around, thinking that people wouldn't hear me because of the loud music. Later on I realized that the loud music came from my earphones. lol. that was embarrassing.
