Do you sometimes catch yourself just staring into empty space, nothing on your mind? I just did, earlier, lol! I don't understand the reason though. What about you, have you done the same thing once or many times on your life, devoid of any thoughts?

Hi i think it's normal for all.Lol. It happen to me more often when i am under stress with work, and i was just to tired so i end up staring at nothing, it's like I'm lost in other space of time. It also occurred when i think to much on someone or something. Maybe in your case you were just having an automatic meditation.LOL..

Haha! Yeah, you are right, all of us experience stress once in a while and it's kind of comforting really to just stare on an empty space and forget everything even for a second. Cheers!

This usually happens to me when i'm very tired but can't seem to fall asleep, so i end up just staring at the ceiling without a thought in my head.I think the brain just shuts down for awhile and takes a rest.lol,)But, i also find it can be somewhat gratifying not to feel the need to think about anything, since most of the time we do way to much of this on a daily basis.

Hello jujunme! Yeah, I understand what you mean. Sometimes, it just happens, we sigh, we breathe then in an instant, we think of nothing and just stare, unable to understand what happened after. lol!

Yeah i did and maybe we just have to drift away from somewhere else sometimes to rest our mind a little. It doesn't happen to me often but then I would want it to happen once in a while. Just wanna give my mind a short break from all the thoughts.

Hello toniganzon! I appreciate your reply on this issue, yeah I agree with you. Maybe our minds just need to breathe once in a while (if there is such a thing, lol!). Cheers!
