When can I know that he's the one?

I have a boyfriend now for 9 months to be exact. He is a complete package for me, that kind of guy that I wanted to grow old with. Marriage is now part of our plan but I can't help but consider the time that we spent to know each other. How will I know that he is the man that is meant to be my lifetime partner.?Do you think we have to be together for years before I decide to settle down with him? Can you share to me your view on this?

First, you have to ponder with your heart. Weigh his positive and negative sides. Ask yourself whether you love him wholly that you accept all the bad traits he has. Reflect whether you can see yourself together with your boyfriend when you get older. The lenght of time that you are together, in my poin of view, is not an assurance that you will end up good tohether. The answer always lies on the depths of your heart

The truth is, only your heart can tell you weather or not he is the right one for you. It won't be clear to you right away. Honestly, you'd never know but when you know you'll know that you know it.
This type of situation varies from people to people. It could take days, weeks, months, or even years until you realize that he is the right one. Just keep in mind that time isn't of the essence when it comes to love. Don't get discourage if it doesn't come clear to you when you want it to. Be patient and you'll soon see the answers in your heart.
