The "Comfort Eating" words were very popular in my previous office before since we can bring food inside our cubicle. When our client scold us about something, we tend to eat comfortably, meaning, we comfort ourselves by eating it out thus, afterwards, we somehow feel better. Have you experienced this before also?

Yes I have personally experienced it before. I was having a bad day which my girl brought me to Baskin Robin to have ice cream. Does it work? Well, a little but the problem still persist until solution is done. I felt that comforting eting is fine to solve he matter temporary but it will not solve the problem. SOlve the problem and you will just be fine :)

You are exactly correct, nicregi, it does not solve anything, it will add only weight to your body, lol! Cheers!
