Hi dear, Your idea is nice and if we have a great number of myLot references, I am sure that in a long run we can earn a lot of referral money. Hi dear, Yes, it is a fact that we cannot ask people to be more active over here. The best way to make them active is to speak some more about it. Make them anxiety and if possible, sit with them while they are working or if you are online with myLot. If they are surrounded to you, they will also take part and a combined sitting for 1 hour may promote interesting. But as people are busy with so many other things and cannot spend more time in front of computer for myLot is an issue. However, by referring with a short note about myLot community site is also enable people to register and work. Also, you can publish some photos alongiwth you and your friend also would attract them to participate. Only thing you need to send the links to your friends and also if they are not visited, you many need to make a call and tell or should remind with an another email. All are some sort of fun mixed comments, but it works. Thank-s

Hi dear, I appreciate your openness. Everyones first preference is always to make money and it is a true fact. We all spend time and effort mainly because of that we are paid and at the same time many other things are getting together. Like, discussions, improving, learning, etc. However, if the like or not, you can always send the links. Some times the people who don't like also will go for it. Because, there is no hard or tough English is not need to used. Normal spoken language is good enough and it can be communicated easily if we know the basic knowledge of English. Another advantage is that those who are having lesser knowledge also can participate and improve the language easily by participation and take part in discussions. Hi dear, I appreciate your view points. I was in the other way and many of my friends were already involved in many such things and finally because of the non performance of all, I had to face a very bad consequences. The name & fame all were go spoiled and I learned a decent lesson also from my experience. But here in myLot, I don't think any financial or money factor directly involved. As long as it is a free registration and only money accumulation, no minus factors also involved. At least for myLot, I don't think anyone would blame saying that because of you I ............, No. No body is going to lose anything, but there are some morale and untold benefits are here in myLot. That you also must be experiencing through the last several months. Even if you send your reference link, some people would thank you, in the long run, because of the power of this site. Even I don't know anyone marked me the link or I got it somewhere. But if there is anyone, I am sure that I will say thank to him/her. Because I proved the quality of myLot and I didn't lost anything, but only gain. Also, anyone who know the basic and common factors of a web site, and he make some loss, it is not genuine to blame any one who make the reference. It is upto them, who make the sign up. Hi dear, Whoever I met here in myLot says it is nice place to work on and there are as many nice features here which is promoting each other. Still many are of the opinion that they don't have a lot of referenced people in myLot. It makes me to think that unlike other site, here most of the people are more close with their own problems and issues and quite a few are exclusively of their own experience. If the link is referred to some close friends and if they happened to review or read many of the topics, the friends might have some different opinion about the person. I doubt this can be one reason where people won't like to refer their links to the immediate friends. May be true or not, I noticed may are not having so many referred friends. I think there is no harm in providing the link to your friends as myLot is a good community site. Thank-s
