When somebody made something that made you very angry. What did you do with it? You gave your bad temper to somebody, or you breathe deeply to conquer your anger. But I always don't keep my bad temper, and yell to someone. After that, i will be very regrettable for that. What methods i will need to keep my bad temper. Your suggestion?

haha, you can take a deeply breath to slow your heart'shake, and next to have a tea or coffee, and to go out to relax. You can remember the sentence" do not use other person's mistake to make myself anger"!When you will release anger motion, you remember that sentence and you will be more comfortable. Do you think so??

My first instinct would be to yell and lash out. But most often I successfully control my temper by taking one deep breath and then another and another until I have myself under control. I have learned to do this because on those times that I did lash out, I often found myself regretting my reaction. Cheers!

Staying away from things that make you angry tend to do the trick very nicely when possible. Of course, that cannot always happen. There are just some situations that you cannot avoid. Therefore it is hard to just walk away. Still if you can, then do so. Or at the very least, take a deep breath when you feel your blood pressure rising and count to ten, thinking about the situation, before you return to it.

I have bad temper also especially somebodies keep on disturb me when i am concentrating on doing something. But i learn how to control my temper now. I will take a deep breath. Drink some water and walk away from the place and hang around first until my mood become better then only will go back to my place. I think its good to control our bad temper because if something happen and we take it too serious, we are the one will be suffer. Well, this is only my opinion.

Practice patience is my solution when tempted to become angry. I want self control in my life so I try to practice. Of course it depends on the situation. Often I try to think of circumstances that would cause others rude behavior that is tempting me to stress out. For example if someone cuts me off driving on the freeway, I try to imagine perhaps they have an emergency and are trying to get home because something awful has happened. When elderly people are very very slow I remind myself many people probably had to be patient with my elderly parents, and maybe someday with me, so I practice patience as 'pay back' Rude people might be having a very hard time in their lives and perhaps need a little kindness to help them make it through the day. There is a lot of unhappiness in the world. I try to remind myself not to add to it. We never know what is causing others bad behavior.
