Hello Lotters,
I had a chat with a fellow Lotter on Facebook, it was nice though but i told her that I don't feel like watching tv.but thank god she didn't, it could ruin her jolly mood too.
This is regarding to what happened to Courts decision on the Vizconde Case. Official in the Volunteers against Crime and Corruption couldn't hide his anger and Kept saying Bad words (P.I) to the SC saying they have been manipulated or bribed. in my view, the evidence being burned or unavailable to be inspected and reviewed.
It's hard for me to relax in this issue but some how i felt that the Supreme Court had already penetrated for Manipulation and Corruption for the Privileged people.I have the link of the said decision though.
Not a referral link..

It's just a sick feeling with major crimes now a days are either unsolved or acquitted...

Well it is how they presented the evidence to the court that the SC favored. Imagine they also have thrashed the complaint of Katrina Halili vs. Dr. Hayden Kho. So what else is there? human system is full of flaws so we can only trust God on this one since He knows who is the real culprit and we will all be accountable for the things we do here on earth.
We just cannot take sides for now. Both do have families to protect and for me, if justice is not served here, there will always be the supreme court of all which is God and no one will be able to escape it.

I feel so sorry for Mr. Lauro Vizconde, my heart really bleeds for this man, but Im not God who really knew the whole truth about this very sad and tragic incident, which happened on the date of my birthday and hunts me for so many nights before because of the very gory crime scene Ive watched in all the television station 2 decades back.
As the sole survivor in the family of four I really couldn't imagine the loneliness of Mr. Vizconde but just like what ive said, I just didn't knew as well if Hubert and company was the true people behind this crime. After two decades, the Vizconde massacre is still unresolved. People behind our justice system are those who at least have the close contact and someone who knew what's really going on and have all the clue to pin point the real suspects for this case are somewhat can be swayed by the shine of money, their decisions can be influenced and they could pinpoint even those that are innocent if they wish to because their in the position to do so. All we could do is to pray a lot that God may bless the Philippines and so its people and specially its rotten justice system.

Hello Jinjer,
Well, It has it's timebut i wonder where does who knew the truth their conscious lies.I guess they are indeed afraid of going to jail that till today they are hiding it from the public.so selfish for their own greed for survival. It takes a strong miracle for the people to do the right thing, and those who do the right thing isn't that having a good normal life.

I strongly agree LetranKnight. Im the type of person who's really sympathetic by nature. I often place myself in someones shoes every time, for me to at least arrive in something much nicer to my fellow human being in whatever situation im into. With this case, I wish I had an eye to see and mind to determine who's really the person behind the Vizconde murder just for me to give justice for them and closure to Mr. Lauro. Though I didn't knew him personally, I really have a heart for this man whom I knew was been to loneliest situation for the longest time I could ever imagine.
I just wish that the real people behind this killings, whom all of us didn't knew, will served every inch of the crime they committed. Though they're still enjoying their freedom here, there's still a BIG JUDGE up there that cannot be blinded by lies and all sorts of worldly promises, just to straighten up what's really wrong and unjust.

My opinion is i don't really know what the truth is. Though i am surprised to the decision of Supreme Court. I hope there is no malicious things happened on the decision they made. Mr. Visconde said in TV Patrol that SC said they will come out of their decision on January next year but why all of a sudden they give decision.
I know at this time justice for Mr. Lauro is really hard to see well we all know that God is looking above and He knew what really happened.

Hello Kmaram,
I know first that it was indeed the fault of the accusers since it was mentioned from the father daughter conversations that she mentioned a son of a very popular politician was courting her but she rejected him
But knowing he has the guts to boast his innocence knowin that the evidence are almost lost and witnesses are feared doubtful from the start.

I wish I am still a member for fitness first Mall of Asia then I will shout BOO to Freddie Webb JOKE!
The link was interesting and I am reading it now but then I decided to continue it later because I am so sleepy already.
Sounds disturbing. On Lauro's case it was like he is being killed everyday and now it is another burden on his part.

hi LetranKnight25,
I feel sad and have a great sympathy to the vizconde family for the sad decision of given by the supreme court. That case of the century is like hunting a needle in the middle of the ocean. No one knows who are the real culprit of that massacre. But honestly our justice system here is so disastrous and I'm disappointed with it. Now I think that no one will trust our justice system here in the Philippines. It's been 19 years ago that massacre was happen and still no one is paying for that crime. But I know God will be the one who will give justice for the Vizconde.

Our justice system is really embarrassing it's like a snail gliding towards the end of a pole. If it is true that those who were imprisoned were really innocent then, why do they have to stay in prison that very long?If I'm not mistaken it has been 20 years that they were condemned in the prison cell. It's like half of their lives were stolen from them. My questions are, will they still live a normal life? If they were not put to jail what could have they become now? Since they are now acquitted then who are the cold blooded creature behind the massacre?

Hello sunset_haze,
The Normal life is very much different now from what they have come to know. I believe Hubbert would have a normal life with wife and kids. at that time, Hubbert was about to get engaged, unfortunately this impression made him single.well, people won't forget at all. that's one thing the son would have to endure.

The Vizconde massacre was a crime that gripped the senses. It happened in 1991 but the suspects were arrested in 1995, much time for the Webb's to fabricate some videos and documents. The regional trial court found Webb and company guilty beyond reasonable doubt. By reversing that verdict, injustice had been served today by the Supreme Court. A crime against the people had been committed by the magistrates in their fine robes!
Do you think the Webbs and the Lejanos et al will be sleeping soundly tonight? I doubt!

Hello Eileen,
Well, it doesn't matter what we think now Obviously now the accused had been acquitted, of course, they will sleep it off like what they did for the past fifteen years.I am sure they will bury this behind them. most specially they will do their best to escape once there's a real unique evidence against them.

justice in our country is very much impossible. and it is also impossible that it may change for better but for worse might be possible. it hurts too much that after 20 years in court the bottomline is the accused are acquitted. how could majority of the juries acquitted them?is it for money?or for the reason that they are afraid of those powerful people.
