Hmm, I just don't know what kind of game they are playing right now. I was expecting the bill statement last week, because that is when they usually send the bill to me. That is not the first time, it is the third time they didn't send the bill, and I have to call them to find out the minimum amount I should pay, or otherwise, I might be penalized for late fee. I think that is one of the tactics those bank, or credit card trying to pull on its customers in attempt to get more money, ever since the new federal law enacted. That is not ethical. What do you think?

This doesn't sound like a good thing. You may be wanting to contact your credit card company to let them know the statement has not been reaching you. You don't want to be penalized by the credit card company because you did not pay a bill that you owed. Making no effort to find out about your bill may be seen as you not wanting to pay your bill.

Well, I definitely going to call them, but my point is, it was not the first time that happen. I suppose receive my bill on the first week of every month, so I have at least 20 days of leeway to pay for the balance. Now, it is the third time that happen. I have to find out the due date, and the minimum amount through the phone.

Greetings :)
I actually can sympathize with your situation. Usually my credit card bill for my dollar transactions land on my peso so, things go crazy. I have to call the credit card company over and over again. What I am doing now, is finding other credit card companies that actually give the same benefits or better for credit card users such as me. So, go do some research and find another credit card company that actually values their customers regardless of credit score.

I want to switch other credit card company, but the problem is I owe them the money, and I just want to get the bill, and sent them the check as quickly as possible. I want to get rid of my debt. After that, I will cut off that card, and never use it again.

Yeah those pesky credit card companies will use a variety of techniques in order to squeeze more money out of you. They are a business after all and credit card deadbeats , IE people that pay their balance in full every month without interest are despised by the credit card companies as they are not making as much money from you. They do get some money that is why you are still able to have a credit card even if you pay them literally nothing and get rewards.I have a high balance on a single card at just under 3000 dollars and am trying to cut all things i do not need in order to pay it down quickly now as i have paying all that interest.

Does not sounds like a good situation to me. You need to discuss this with the bank just in case if they are trying to do some trick or something to their customers in order to get more money you know. I guess that is one of the disadvantage of having a credit card. Good luck and have a nice day

It is definitely a way for them to collect a late fee from you. You need to WRITE A LETTER to the credit card company, explaining the situation, giving the dates and other details relating to the times that they haven't sent the bill, how many times you have had to call, etc. That way, you have a written paper trail in case they try to collect the late fee, attempt to lower your credit rating, etc. It will probably stop once you send them such a letter. If it doesn't, find another credit card to use and cancel this account.

Stay on top of your credit card bills. It's a good idea to call them to see when the bill was sent. Keep truck of when your bills should be sent out. If nothing in
a week call. If you know the bill amount pay in advance.

Walmart is famous for not sending the bill. I haven't actually recieved a bill from them for about 4 months now. It has happened in the past. I do know when my bill is due and the approximate minimum payment so I rounded it up and sent in what I thought it should be. I never got a late fee even if it was a couple of dollars short. I don't know why this happens but I do know that you have to stay on top of it or it would be very easy to miss a payment and then get penalized.
