what to eat healthy foods

It's time that I start eating healthier but i am having trouble getting started? Does anyone have any ideas? i would like to start with breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal for the day because it sets you up for your activity everyday. don't *eat sugary cereals and donuts because eating to much sugar in the morning will make you feel tired in the early morning. *fried breakfast. even though its appealing the fats will leave you feeling to full to move. *too much coffee. it just give a quick boost of energy instead just a eat a proper meal do *you can eat eggsandwich you can add lean ham or cheese. *pancakes *juice is a great alternative for coffee *oatmeal, add a little sugar and milk, this will fill you up and will keep you going for the day. *fruits and a milk.

wow thanks, by the way.. i wanted to eat oatmeals every morning.. is that okey? or are there any bad issues in eating too much? can hot chocolate in the morning be a good alternative for coffee?

i dont think theres a bad effect for it but just limit the sugar. hot chocolate can be a good alternative for coffee because it has a lower amount caffeine but better to have a fresh juice or milk.

Try yogurt in cereals for breakfast, and try mix vegetable in lunch and at night try the light foods. I think train your self to eat fruits and vegetables everyday and then when you start to like it you will always look for its taste. Eating healthy foods can also help you to lose weight because healthy foods are less in fats and cholesterol. You can also eat fish because fish is also healthy food.

There are many ways of eating healthly. For a start in breakfast, opt for wholegrain bread. They are full of fibre and it's a goo way to start your day. ON top of that, wholegrain bread keeps u full for longer period of time, so that u won't be eating as much for lunch. YOur breakfast can consist of tuna because it's rich in omega 3, and u can have some eggs too, with the proportion of 1 yolk to 3 whites.
