Knowing why people fail making money online; nobody listens

I don't want to sound arrogant or disdained or anything even remotely close but always when I tell people why I believe they're not succeeding online they're not listening or rejecting my suggestions. Why is that? Are people really that sure of themselves that they just reject advice without listening? Those people mostly complain later on about how they're failing to make money, so I don't get it... I just don't get it...

What kind of advise are you offering? Being here on this site with more then 3500 posts is this a profitable way? I'm just getting my feet wet and seeing only pennies for my efforts.

Mylot isn't a good idea to use if you intend to use IT to make money. But, it is a good site to find out about other sites, in which you could make some good money. So, it is a good site to make money with, and it isn't a good site to make money with; confusing,no?

No, they don't lmoore3, but MyLot is quite a fun community once you get the hang of it. So while it won't make you rich, it will give you tons of good ideas, and you will probably enjoy yourself. So while MyLot is not the most profitable money making method I know, it is one of the most fun ones for sure. So I still recommend it!

When seeking advice, people are really only willing to hear what they have already made up their mind to believe. They will have to see proof of your success before they even slightly consider accepting your advice. Then, they still may not pay attention because of jealousy or because they think your success is just luck. Sometimes they are just not willing to do what it takes to succeed.

Yes it did thank you for the well written response... Have you heard of My-Data- Team? Its a program that teaches you how to become a data entry worker. Its full of sites and programs that take you step by step through the process of learning how to do such work. Full of great information.

I think part of the general problem is most people fail to realize a difference between offline and online earnings. I think most expect it to be a job, clock in and from day 1 your going to earn the same amount as 6months from now. It's a job, so I'm only doing one thing, lets get to it. Failure to realize many things must be done repeatedly to be successful online is something I see a lot. Writing, marketing and general improving of skill sets are all things that must be constantly updated and practiced. Also I feel a big problem is people seem to get stuck in one general field of earning and then assume other ways of earning are all scams or to tough to get into.

I spent an hour making a post on here, giving people some seriously sound advice about how they avoid these scam sites, go into business for themselves and start to see some real profit. It got 0 responses. I can't even lead a horse to water in my case.

Yeah it's terrible how some people are being ignorant and still continue complaining about how they're being scammed all the time and only earning a so-so amount of money. I am raised with the idea that helping people leads to wonderful things like luck, abundance and happiness. That's what's driving me but if nobody is there to listen then I might just lose my drive and I really don't want to. :(

But then again, thinking a little bit longer about it I can also try to learn from people being ignorant as to how they can be turned into people who want to listen actively and follow whatever advice you throw on table backed up with proof.

I'm sorry that people aren't following your advice! I think online earning is something that is difficult to get the hang of. I find that most people don't even gift it much of a chance and end up giving up before they've earned much of anything. This has happened with quite a few friends that I had as referrals. It really takes someone that is patient and willing to listen and learn how to earn online in order to succeed!

I think you are right, patience is indeed the key. People who are patient and do not give up easily will succeed with making money online eventually, it just might take longer than they expected.

I think it is because too many people are looking for that magical shortcut which will make them millions over night without them having to do much. And if you tell them that there are no such things, that you actually have to do things, sometimes even for a long time to make money, it is not what they want to hear, so they ask someone else. It is the same reason people fall for scams, basically. People are not patient or hardworking enough. (There are exceptions of course, but most people who fail are guilty of this, I believe)

Yeah I understand what you mean and full-heartedly agree with you. Even if you're offering people time-saving shortcuts they won't listen because it interferes with their reality. Their reality is that there is one golden shortcut and it's their quest to find it. Scammers know this and are happy to make their reality become real while they're pulling money out of their pockets.

I first arrived on board the online earning sites almost four years ago and I watched what those who were earning, and willing to share, were doing. They were sowing the seeds, fertilising their plants and watching the crop ripen ready to harvest. The difference between them and those who fail is that they realised that you can't run before you can walk. Sadly too many want to earn for doing nothing and earn yesterday, even though they only started today

Sunnycool. If you really want to make 1000 dollars you can go for affiliate marketing (hard work), cpa marketing(hard work), HYIPS ( big risk!), websites like Kooday and TagVillage... Or you could make your own YouTube channel and hope you'll get a few million viewers per video so that you're invited for the exclusive revenue sharing program of youtube. xD

hi diamania, thanks for the response, you are too talented persons, you are knowing new things in kooday site and according to that you have worked and earned that much money in kooday site with only investment of 10 dollars, that shows your intelligency ,till now i have not crossed 50 dollars, now each single key words is selling more than 50 dollars,so for below ten dollars what can i purchase in kooday site,i have stopped purchasing in kooday site and simply seeing how many of my keywards are selling daily, have a nice day

I am trying to use simple English. In fact I can't even speak difficult English without sounding like I have rocks for brains. I am doing alright in Kooday 2500 dollars in keywords. 50 dollars in balance and 72 referrals! I haven't joined kulesearch and will not do it. I did join tagvillage though because my Kooday mentor is the owner of the company. It's a new company that shows some similarities/parallels with Kooday. The investment was a bit steep though but I am sure I won't be disappointed.

People start of with a mindset that online earning is as simple as one drinking water which isn't right. As of teaching stuff to them...dont you think there are soooo many websites trying to lure in users and mint money from them in one way or the other than to teach them about the pros and cons. May be one or two out of every thousand try to teach serious stuff like you ... by the time they come accross your advice they would have been probably knocked down by atleast 20-30 scammers...which obviously lessen the chances of THEM believing your words. Why dont you try to teach those folks who show interest than to rant about those who neglect your advice...btw why dont you pass on some suggestions to me i'm quiet open to money making oppurtunities .great day.

Hi there. I believe humans are easily blinded by money or value. The big figures will attract our eyes without us knowing it. Is it worth it? Certainly not and we are never satisfied with it. I also wonder myself as at times, I would purposely try out scam site at least for 30 minutes. Some do it for fun, other do it to try luck and the rest, fall for the trap. Happy mylotting :)

Yeah I do have some experience getting referrals. One HUGE tip: Make a squidoo page for new programs. Gather some backlinks and in no time you should rank second for most programs. I rank second for 'kooday' result = 72 referrals. It's a pity you can't contact them otherwise I am sure I would have quite some active referrals and I should have put up an opt-in form to catch people's emails but I haven't done that yet. Mentoring your referrals is important too. A lot of people forget that. You have to motivate people, give them tips and let them know who you are. Because of they do and they see what you're able to do for them they'll follow your tips earlier, stay active easier and sometimes they'll get even more active and they'll follow you to new programs. Read up on Mark Dlouhy-Stephenson's - Succes in 10 steps. Dlouhy does MLM marketing but recruiting referrals shows some parallels with each other. The only thing is there's no selling of goods involved with referrals and there is with MLM, so you can't apply every single bit he says to referral recruitment but you can learn a lot still. ;-)

Hello, I personally think that the best way to start earning money is to learn using the experience of people like you that are ready to share with newcomers. There are so many people out there that just won't share their ways of income, maybe they're just being mean, sometimes it's their own little secret though and they want to make sure no one else earns money in their way. I really appreciate people like you that are ready to share their experiences and informations they've gained in this business, after all "money is at stake"! Have a nice evening, samyboy280

I think the main reason is that the media points out only people who have succeeded, but they don't show how many people that failed in contrast with this one person. Generally making money online without even have to get out of your house sounds really appealing, and most people start that with extremely high expectations. Although, they should read more before starting this, because you can't make a big amount of money in just a few days. There should be like making money online for dummies or something like that. I'd read it haha.

I don't get it either. Your post is a bit vague. What exactly is your opinion as to why people are not successful at making money online? I find it hard to agree or disagree with you on this unless I know the opinion your are giving people. Maybe people don't listen because they just don't think your opinion is right. Do you have credentials that make people think you're right, or do you expect that people will simply take your word for it. Do you provide them with example and evidence to back up your opinion, or, again, are you expecting people to take your word for it?

Hello friend, I can understand your frustration. It is highly appreciative of you to offer such advice to people(which many people won't even bother to do these days). My point is that even if people are sure of themselves, there is no harm in listening to what the other guy has to say. One can always agree or disagree to it but rejecting the idea outright, well, I think its too arrogant.

Hello there diamania! I guess they don't listen to you because the thing where you fail was the very thing they achieved success. Business is business and people find ways to earn as much as they can. Maybe they have developed a strategy which enabled them to earn good money through online jobs. Something that you didn't know or find out which leaded you to failure. I am sorry to say this but it's a fact pal. Maybe you can try the other way around. Why don't you listen to them and find out how they succeeded? Happy mylotting!

When you stop any person to get benefit, he will consider you enemy, or arrogant, but when he gets failed and lost a lot of thing, he got realized it is truth. The problem is that we are ready to listen advice in all condition except the business and financial advice. This may lead people to loose much more, ultimately they came here at my lot and start my lotting. hahaha.
