VCC (Virtual Credit Card) main purpose is to protect the main credit card so that when conducting transactions online, credit card owner does not provide the actual credit card information. This is done to protect the credit card of the things that are not desirable or credit card misuse. VCC can be used to verify paypal account. For you who doesn't have credit card, you can buy VCC to verify your account as I did several years ago. However, VCC is expired in 3 months only.

Hello :) I just want to ask what happened after the expiration? Are your paypal is still verified even if your VCC are expired? And I want to ask also if you can use VCC to withdraw your paypal funds?

my paypal account - This is screen shoot of my paypal account. I took the picture on December 16, 2010 or few minutes before post the reply. I did it to convince you that VCC is can be used to verify our paypal account and still verified even though the VCC has been expired.
Yes, my paypal account still verified even though my vcc has expired. Here is data of my vcc that I used to verified my account: Card Type : VISA Card number : 4788933450024xxx Expiry Date : 03/09 (mm/yy) Security Code : 3xx Some number are hidden for some reason. I added my vcc around December 2008. It has been two years now and I don't have any problem with my paypal account(I hope I will never have problem ). If you interesting in VCC, please contact palupi_dewi@ymail.com. I bought vcc from her. She is Indonesian people but I think she is able to speak English. Good luck
