Whether incrasebux start a scam?

It's like De_toya says. It can take up to 30 business days for free (standard) members to receive their payout. That's just for the first one. If you want to get paid a second time, you have to buy the "verification upgrade" for $3.50 The second payout amount is $5. I waited until I had $7 in my account, paid the upgrade of $3.50 from my Paypal account and then immediately cashed out the $7. So, in essence, my second payment from Incrase was $3.50 No big deal really. The "upgrade", which is not really an upgrade, lasts for a year and all payments are instant. I got that second $7 payout in less than a minute. It's not a "scam". Actually, it's pretty smart on the part of Incrase owners. People HAVE to pay the $3.50 if they want to get a second payment from the site. There are thousands of members paying it daily. It gives the site a steady source of income that they can use to make payouts with, knowing that those members who just paid probably have a long time to go before they reach the $5 payout level. Just my thoughts.

I have been paid by incrasebux. You have to read carefully the TOS of the site though. You have to invest some money if you want to get paid. I don´t remember if thta happened the first cashout or only later.
