I was at the post office today. For once I didnt have my monster son with me or my daughter. My daughter was at school and is never a problem in public but my son runs off or lays on the ground and wont move. Just anything to be naughty. He was with my mother while I ran to the post office.
This is a good sized post office but with a very small parking lot. At the most it can hold 6 cars/trucks. It was full today so I parked in front of the loading dock hoping to be in and out of the post office fast before anyone said anything about me parking there. The line was long inside and so right as I was about to pay for the items that I was sending out a postal worker said there was a van blocking the loading dock that needed to be moved.
It was so bitterly cold 10. It was 10 degrees and it literally takes 2 minutes to drive from my house to the post office but by the time I started the van hopped in and got to the post office my fingers were red and numb. So knowing I had to go out find another place to park and then come back in and pay and then go back out and drive home didnt make me very happy lol.
Well it was my fault for parking there and I should have known better so I moved my van and the guy thanked me and I apologized for parking there. I'd never seen him before so hopefully he just thought I wasent a regular customer at the post office hehe.

it happened. It did happen to me before, and I understood the situation pretty well. It was your fault indeed, but we just want the convenience and thought it can be quick too.

Even though there wasent a sign telling me that there was no parking aloud I was pretty sure that you werent supposed to park there. I just hoped that I could get in and out fast and no one would notice where I was parked. Oh well. Its over and done with now and I wont park there again because I cant do it again and get away with it. If the same guy saw me do it again he might yell at me instead of being nice about it.
