How can i transfer money from my country to my friend in other country quickly i want to do it quickly not money order or via post they take so much time. is there any way i can send it just in 20 to 15 min.s ? please tell me if there is any do i have to use internet for it or it will done without internet? do tell me your answers breifly. thank you in advance..
