How does it work? What are the goals? How did you come? The known members? It has some connection to the illuminati?

There are a lot of different beliefs and spiritual paths that can be deemed "New Age". I suppose that my beliefs fall under this label. I wouldn't say that there are members as it really isn't an organized religion or anything like that. I am not a religious person whatsoever. And no, it has nothing to do with the Illuminati. That is just another misconception created by Christians who don't like any idea that conflicts with their beliefs. I am also an atheist, by the way, and so I neither believe nor worship Satan. I came to believe what I believe by looking at, and continuing to seek and weigh all the information I have available. My goals are to achieve peace and happiness both within and out. It "works" by accepting, rather than resisting, life. It "works" by not allowing our compulsive thoughts to keep us in our heads, and rather choosing to be present in the now. It "works" by forgiving ourselves for our mistakes, forgiving others, and realizing that all people are equal and doing the best that they can; instead of judging ourselves and others and even things and events. It is not a contradiction to religion or other spiritual paths; it is a new look at these things. Instead of using allegory to explain things; new age is literal.
