Task sites-Do they Pay?

Hi All, I have recently come across these task sites that pay you to complete tasks that are listed on them.It is same like the ones we have on Mylot. The sites I am referring to are Micro workers, Rapid workers, Mini Jobz, Tasks Workers. However, most of these sites have a condition to payout.On our first withdraw request, we are required to give them our mailing address on which they send us a PIN within 30 days. This means, we have to wait about 30 days before we can actually cash out. But the question is, do these sites really send us the PIN? Has anyone on My lot worked on them and got their PIN and subsequently, their payments? It would definitely help me save time if they are not.
