How will i be able to withdraw from my Paypal account?

Had this problem for more than a week,but I still didn't find the exact answer from them. Paypal has really needs to improve their customer service. Once ask something about a transaction,and their replies do not even answer your question and most of the time are insufficient. I tried to verify my Eon Visa debit card but I received and error saying that my credit card was denied....blah blah blah...i emailed them several times but their answer were really not the answer to my query. Can anybody tell me what to do? I tried following everything I see in blogs, all the procedures but none of them seems to work...:(

I got same response when I enquired sometimess ago. It is because they have a prenaswered questions and when your falls into a certain catagory, they only send this prepared answered, they do not check specifically your individual problem. May be you need to ring them or use their online chat with customer service if they have any. Other problems with your credit card in your country could be well answered by your friends from your country.
