metro manila film fest

As the annual tradition, the Metro Manila Film Festival is approaching very soon with a variety of film to choose from. There are quite a selection of films that an individual or a family can enjoy - some of them have been a series in the course of the years (Ang Tanging Ina, Shake Rattle and Roll, Kasal and Sakal, Mano Po etc.) What film are you planning to watch in the festival? Also, what is your opinion of the films included in the festival? Do you really think that the festival achieves its goal of having promoting Filipino movies?

i were to watch a movie this christmas , i would watch "tanging ina" first. then "dalaw" of kris aquino. the third would be the one with enteng and agimat.

If I'm going to the movie house this Christmas, I will be watching comedy films like "Ang Tanging Ina". So I can enjoy watching it with my brother and sister. I just don't get it why they include horror movies during this kind of event. It's supposed to be a happy season. I think these films are not appropriate for the Christmas season. But good job to Metro Manila Film Festival. At least they are promoting Filipino films.
