I really feel disappointed about what happened to the Vizconde Massacre. I mean, how come it all went down the drain? Almost two decades was wasted for nothing. The justice system here in the Philippines can be funny sometimes. Now new development of the stories are arising and it really makes me wonder why now when the verdict is already done.

Same feelings here my firend. I was also disappointed hearing the news that the perpetrators were acquitted. After what? 16 years? Then that's just it? I wonder what will happen to the case of the Maguindanao massacre.

Same as the Maguindanao Massacre case,it's been a year since it happened and still no new developments. I have to agree what Mr. Vizconde said yesterday,it's really not good to live here in the philippines in terms of the justice system.

yeah. I can't help to think that maybe money can really buy justice here in our country. The more money you have, the bigger possibility of winning your case. I hope that our officials will open their eyes and really help in solving the cases honestly so they can give justice to those who really needs it, not to those who can pay for it.

If the justices are always like that even other crime will be failed to received justice.. Malacanang would be intervined such situation in order to stop whatever bad effect in the future justice in the philippines.. I don't like another EDSA 4 or 5 on this.. see you around

I saw the news about the accused killers getting free from jail. Why do they have to do so much drama when it was nearing 15 years ago it happened. Some people do need second chances. And not everyone, needs to be condemned.

I just saw on the news that they're saying just because they were freed doesn't mean they didn't do the crime, and it's because the evidences are questionable. They're confusing the people. Honestly, I'm really confused about what's happening to the case..

That made me more suspicious my friend. New development after almost 20 years. Criminal offense has a prescription of 20 years. Now that the accused were acquitted and another crime will be filed against them, double jeopardy will be their defense.

yes many were shocked when the decision was announced, imagine the lower court convicted them but the higher court acquits them. What a justice system we have, it took them that long to have a decision. The victims here are both parties and they are asking for justice///
