biryani the most delicious non veg food everyone like to have and having. just out of curious i m asking this question may i know the birth place of biryani or the people who first introduced it thank you

in wikipedia, biryani was originated in Iran (Persian) and brought to India by Iranian merchant.. and if you read in that page, there are a lot of different biryani variant in most places :)

My people, from my hometown, Hyderabad have made this flavored rice dish an art form. Iranians are the originators of this dish but Indian spices brought out the flavor. Did you know authentic Biryani is made from Mutton (Goat's meat). Purists here think that if anyone attempts to make Biryani with any other meat, it will just be a Pulao. Having said that, even after being a native of Hyderabad I have never eaten Biryani, as I am a Vegetarian.
