I love the park idea. Especially if you are thinking of inviting chidren of a little older age, siblings, or cousins. That way the kids are able to enjoy themselves and run around and enjoy being a kid.

I'm not sure where you live but if it is a warmer state I would go with the zoo. We were at the Tucson Zoo on Tuesday and there were a ton of 1 and 2 year olds there. They have a giraffee feeding area and their faces were priceless when the big tongue came out and grabbed the biscuit from their hand.

OOh, I never thought of the zoo. He will be 1 yeat in march. So I suppose April or May would be a great time to take him.
Thanks for the suggestion!!

I am thinking that a one year is fine to have a simple party at home. They aren't going to be really old enough to enjoy Chuck E. Cheese, maybe next year, but not this year.

You think so?
I think you are right. He may not be comfortable around a lot of other kids either.
Thanks for responding.
