Sound from my computer...!

I got an assembled good configuration computer in my home. I usually get the fan sound from my computer which I am not hearing in my office computers.
Why this is like that? Is it the quality of the cabinet?
Do you hear sound (I think it is fan sound) from your computers?

That is a good thing, means you have components that work hard and heat up, so you need a bigger fan to cool them.
your office computer is most likely made from the lowest quality components, and so doesn't really heat up too much, so it has a smaller, quieter fan.
You can get acoustic dampening foam for a computer, or get a liquid cooling system, but that will cost extra.
It could be worse, your fan could be faulty like on my one computer, and so your computer keeps shutting down, to prevent the components from being fried :P
