Which one is better to buy Samsung GALAXY Or Apple IPAD

We will have to see what how you want to use your tablet. Personally, I will advice you to get the iPad. This is because it has more apps on it. There are more apps designed for the iPad as compared to the Samsung Galaxy. Yes, there are still apps in the Android Market, but they are catered mostly to Android Phone. This might change in the near future though, as more Android tablets come into the market. Another thing is the screen size. iPad has a bigger screen than Galaxy Tab. Galaxy Tab's screen is alittle awkward. Too big for a phone, but too small for a tablet. Of course, this will depend on your needs as well as your own taste. You might like a smaller tablet.
