How do you actually install "Eclipse"?

I listen to a good friend's advice to download this editing software "Eclipse" for PHP. That is the programming code I am learning now. After I download "Eclipse", it was a zip file, and right after I unzip it, there were a bunch of folders and file. I just wonder how should I install it in Windows 7? I am totally new to this, and hope that someone can help me out here. Or did I download it wrong, it suppose to be an installer instead of a zip file?
