I eat lot of fruits daily. usually I eat foods immediately after taking the meals. Some people say that eating fruits immediately after meals is not good, as this will destroy the full benefits of the fruit.
I do not know how much true is this? What do u think?

It does not necessarily destroy the full benefits of the fruit. Just that it contradicts to some minerals and vitamins of the food you first ate. Chemical reaction takes place inside your body.

Hello friend,
i've never heard that before, i have never read it, actually.
I love eating fruits during the day when i feel little hunger. That's how the fruits are fighting my hunger and i feel much better, like i eat something but it was not heavy at all.
Right now i have at home one bag apples and oranges and it's great that i have make fresh juices or oranges or can bake the apples, so i can eat them that way.
It's delicious and i hope that my body will be able to use all the vitamins in the fruits, because right here vegetables are not natural and tasty in the winter.

I love fruits too- I always see to it that our house never runs out of fruits..and I always eat fruits after eating a meal. I think there's no harm in eating fruits at all- whenever you eat it. They help you digest food too- because of the fiber in them.

Hi WORLD,
I used to take fruits in an empty stomach.Fruits have many health benefits.But we should not consume fruits along with meals.Then the fruits you consumed would be of no use.Fruits will mix with your meals and they won't give any benefit to your body.Eating fruits in a empty stomach will give you more benefits from the fruits you consumed.You can eat fruits after your meals.But you should eat fruits after three hours of consuming the meal.Because the meals you have eaten will take some time to get properly digested.Then your stomach would be empty then you can take your favorite fruits.Fruits have many VITAMINS which are useful to our human body but we should consume them in the proper way.We should also try to consume raw fruits with freshness.

This is the first time I've ever heard of this. I know I've heard according to a Chinese doctor that it is bad to eat fruits first thing in the morning because of the presence of acid but I don't know if there is any truth in it.:)

I also have heard that from someone. She said that it should be the other way around. You should eat the fruit first before your main meal because of some chemical reaction that would take place. But i eat fruits after my meal and i can't change that. If i eat it before my main meal, i will lose my appetite already..

This is new. So far, I have never been told not to eat fruits after meals. Even my doctors tell me to do so...
