younger or older boss?

Which do you think is better? having an older a more mature and experience boss? or a younger, talented and motivated boss?
I think both have its pros and cons? which do you think its better? younger or older?

I would prefer a more mature, experienced boss since they have been through ups and downs and knows very well how to take you out of bad situations and decisions to drive your company to success. Experience itself is a very good training ground to success. The younger one can still make a lot of bad mistakes like trial and error before he comes mature and experienced. Good luck!

I personally would choose older boss.
With an older boss hes older, he obsessively has more years into the job/combany.
They could teach you and show you around.
