do you feel maintaining distance with neighborer countries is good

Dear friend, It is always better to have a peaceful relationship. But I hope some negative thoughts or negative intentions in these peaceful talks makes the things mess. Otherwise I feel they too have families, work to earn, believe in God so on. But I feel there people who misguide these innocent people to have grudge and negative feeling to other countries.
