ha ha.. so funny. My australian friend usually tells me, biking is one of the easiest skill one can acquire. And I just nodded. I don't know I can't even step on the pedal. Can't even balance myself.
I know how to use skateboards, waveboards, skating, roller skate and lot more but never biking.
why is it so? do u experience the same thing like mine?

That is strange! Skateboards and waveboards are a lot diffucult than biking. I have tried surfing, ice skating and wake boarding a couple of times but still, I am learning the basics. But with bikes, got them with ease. But if you really wanna learn how to bike, try using what the kids use. Bicycles with 2 additional wheels on the side. You can lift those additional wheels little by little until you get the hang of it... :D

So absurd isn't it? My sport is surfing and the like but I just can't feel the same confident everytime I ride a bike.
If i'll try riding the kiddie bike maybe that would help. But i must put a mask on. ha ha ha.. lol

You don't learn biking because you are not trying your best perhaps. I am a woman and have learned biking through perseverance. My brothers would not want to teach me because they said I am girl and should not bike. But I envied those who can bike so I tried my best on my own to learn how to balance myself. It took me many falls and bruises until I learned. It was really a hard way I went through but at least I learned and enjoyed it. Since I got married to I noticed I've lost the passion for biking and for long years I've not been biking. But my husband does and in fact he is crazy over biking. He loves biking and spending so much for bikes.

Maybe that's the problem with me. I'm scared to have bruises and wounds since my skin is so sensitive. And whenever I practice to ride a bicycle I got bruises on my groin area.

Man.. I feel your pain. I can't ride bikes either.. I can rollerskate, but I can't seem to ride a bike. I just keep tilting and falling. But mm.. I have a friend whos like giving me tips. He mentioned that biking is not actually about balance or anything, it's about daring to step on the pedal and moving forward without fear. I guess it makes sense, but I'm not really brave... hehe.
good luck! :)

Yeah I think your friend is right. One of the reason why I can't is because I'm scared. Scared of falling maybe.

Hi! sounds funny, but I also admire you. Because of all the stuff you mentioned, only biking is what I know how to ride on...lol...But you, you do have lot and its something to be thankful. For sure, you'll learn how to ride on bike, it will be easy for you.

ha ha.. yeah funny. really. Maybe because I'm stuck to the pinoys saying that "One will not learn biking not unless she/he falls"
