how to know the person whom you love is loyal or not?

I love a guy he only proposed me at beginning he was having time for me he was showing so much of love and he was there for me when ever i was feeling lonely.
few day back he started to ignore me and started to speak rude to me. i felt very lonely and i told him how i felt, but he didn't feel or even care for me:

yup.......
he didn't leave me he was ignoring me if would have told me that he don't me i was calm , but some times he'll show so much love and sometimes he will never care for my feelings now he told he'll not repeat it again he told like this many times so i'm confused

Then you should have to know that y he was ignoring you. Ask him. I think you love him very much that your eyes are closed, but you have to sort it out with open eyes.

you gave me rite suggestion.
my problem is that i love him a lot even after knowing about him .i'm not ready to leave him. my mom accepted my love but after watching me suffering and the way he treated before she is not agreeing him now.
