Google adsense + Bukisa

Hi all, i get an email from Bukisa saying that i need to signup an google adsense acct to integrate it with Bukisa to earn my money, how actually it works? Can i still earn money without google adsense? My email was unable to sign up for google adsense as i used it to signup once for my blog and it said my blog was not fullfill the requirement and been rejected. Suppose i can use that email to signup for google adsense, but why i cant? any idea how should i fix this problem?
