Yes, i agree.. When depression hits a person, they will be worrying about anything, everything, to the extend of almost going crazy. WHen in such a state of mind, they are vulnerable to other forms of sickness, illness because their immune system is going down. With stress and worries, sleeping is affected. When we don't sleep or rest enough, that's when our immune system is weak and so bacterias, virus can enter us easily.

You are right. I am also face this type of problem, loneliness, life is hopeless,are irratable all the time. According to national statistics only 1 in 10 people suffering from depression. many people do not know they have a depression disorder. but I know and face this problem.
