I work there. Sometimes, you get a customer who loves and appreciates you making their project come to life. More often, you don't. People don't want to take the time to tell the counter person exactly what they want printed, so we screw up when we print it. We can't do it right if we don't know what right is. Granted, a lot of people screw up printing it anyway, but oftentimes, it's the customer's fault.
